Outlook 2010 crashes permanently with APPCRASH at module pstprx32.dll with errorcode 0xc0000005 while accessing IMAP account / PST file because of KB2956128

One of our customers contacted us with an Outlook problem.
They said after they added an IMAP account to Outlook, the application crashes permanently.The eventlog showed the following error: (thats a German OS)

We started outlook.exe /safe, but it still crashed.
After we removed the new added IMAP account through “Control Panel -> Mail”, Outlook worked without any trouble.

We figured out that KB2956128 must include an error because that update installed a new version of “pstprx32.dll”.

After we uninstalled this update and added the IMAP account again, everything works like a charm again.
